A man accused of killing another driver in a drunk driving accident has been sentenced to wear a sign describing his crime for all to see. 39 year old Michael Giacona from Houston, TX has been ordered by Harris County Court-at-Law Judge Michel R. I write in response to the April 25 article, “Man has sentence reduced for drunken driving deaths.” Many people drive drunk but, by luck or fate, avoid this type of incomprehensible tragedy. And that's why the original 20-year sentence was appropriate.
